{"id":112418,"date":"2020-02-04T11:08:37","date_gmt":"2020-02-04T10:08:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeinvasaqua.com\/2020\/02\/04\/aspea-formacao-professores-invasaqua\/"},"modified":"2022-05-31T13:18:24","modified_gmt":"2022-05-31T11:18:24","slug":"aspea-formacao-professores-invasaqua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeinvasaqua.com\/pt-pt\/aspea-formacao-professores-invasaqua\/","title":{"rendered":"A ASPEA come\u00e7a a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores do projecto LIFE INVASAQUA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>4 Fevereiro 2020.-<\/p>\n<p>A <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"https:\/\/aspea.org\/index.php\/pt\/noticias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental<\/a><\/span> -ASPEA- inicia nesta quarta-feira os cursos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o previstos no projecto Life Invasaqua dirigidos aos professores, cujo objectivo \u00e9 avan\u00e7ar na sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o sobre esp\u00e9cies invasoras e que este conhecimento chegue finalmente aos alunos.<\/p>\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o realizar-se-\u00e1 em formato B &#8211; Learning, com sess\u00f5es de trabalho s\u00edncronas (videoconfer\u00eancia) e ass\u00edncronas, utilizando uma plataforma Moodle, que foi cedida pela Ordem dos Bi\u00f3logos, e tem 2 sess\u00f5es presenciais, no in\u00edcio (05\/02) e no final (15\/04).<\/p>\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o ir\u00e1 capacit\u00e1-los a implementar metodologias din\u00e2micas e participativas capazes de incentivar os jovens a pensar criticamente sobre a problem\u00e1tica das esp\u00e9cies invasoras.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4209\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lifeinvasaqua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/LIFEINVASAQUA_-Forma%C3%A7%C3%A3o-professores_poster.jpg?resize=290%2C428&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"290\" height=\"428\" \/>Uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o completa sobre EEI<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a perda de habitat, a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de esp\u00e9cies ex\u00f3ticas invasoras (EEI) \u00e9 a segunda maior amea\u00e7a \u00e0\u00a0 biodiversidade, causando ainda impactos negativos na economia e na sa\u00fade humana.<\/p>\n<p>A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental participa no desenvolvimento dum projeto de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para esta problem\u00e1tica, o projeto LIFE INVASAQUA, dirigido ao p\u00fablico escolar,\u00a0 sendo fundamental a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores sobre o tema para que consigam desenvolver o projeto nas escolas.<\/p>\n<p>O processo educativo que se pretende dinamizar com a forma\u00e7\u00e3o representa uma estrat\u00e9gia mobilizadora da a\u00e7\u00e3o juvenil, e ir\u00e1 capacitar os professores para desenvolver nas escolas trabalho de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e sa\u00eddas de campo.<\/p>\n<p>Com o nome &#8220;A amea\u00e7a das esp\u00e9cies aqu\u00e1ticas invasoras e o contributo da escola na gest\u00e3o da problem\u00e1tica&#8221;, o curso ter\u00e1 a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 50 horas, durante as quais os objectivos ser\u00e3o desenvolver compet\u00eancias t\u00e9cnicas e sociais para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um projeto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o-a\u00e7\u00e3o sob o tema das esp\u00e9cies ex\u00f3ticas invasoras na escola, divulgar projetos e atividades de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, inova\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento em educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, promover a troca de experi\u00eancias, aprendizagens e boas pr\u00e1ticas visando a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o em educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental a n\u00edvel nacional e internacional, atualizar o conhecimento sobre os diversos temas socio-ambientais e pol\u00edticos em educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e incentivar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de redes de aprendizagem colaborativas.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Metodologias de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Nas sess\u00f5es presenciais ser\u00e3o usados m\u00e9todos expositivos e ativos, recorrendo a apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es Powerpoint, discuss\u00f5es orientadas e aprendizagem colaborativa.<\/p>\n<p>O trabalho organizar-se-\u00e1 com a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fados, bibliografia e propostas de atividades. Em cada sess\u00e3o ser\u00e3o realizados exerc\u00edcios e dinamizado um f\u00f3rum para esclarecimento de d\u00favidas e apoio \u00e0s atividades.<\/p>\n<p>Os formandos realizar\u00e3o trabalho individual e em grupo, privilegiando-se propostas de car\u00e1cter pr\u00e1tico, integradoras, contextualizadas \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica letiva e \u00e0 experi\u00eancia dos formandos, de reflex\u00e3o sobre os temas, e orientadoras do papel do formando como facilitador de aprendizagens, te\u00f3ricas e pr\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n<p>O trabalho aut\u00f3nomo ser\u00e1 realizado atrav\u00e9s de: leitura de recursos; apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do tema aos alunos; organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00eddas de campo com os alunos; identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias desenvolvidas; produ\u00e7\u00e3o e edi\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00eddeos; produ\u00e7\u00e3o e edi\u00e7\u00e3o de infografias; constru\u00e7\u00e3o de gui\u00f5es de trabalho; aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de gui\u00f5es de trabalho com os alunos.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Regime de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos formandos <\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Os formandos ter\u00e3o uma componente de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua apoiada no registo da participa\u00e7\u00e3o nas sess\u00f5es e da sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos timings de discuss\u00e3o e interven\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e3o ainda utilizadas grelhas de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o entre pares.<\/p>\n<p>Produzir\u00e3o na fase final um relat\u00f3rio individual autocr\u00edtico sobre a sua experi\u00eancia formativa, o interesse para a sua pr\u00e1tica docente e a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias enquanto professores e indiv\u00edduos.<\/p>\n<p>Os formandos ser\u00e3o sujeitos, de acordo com a lei, \u00e0 avalia\u00e7\u00e3o quantitativa na escala de 1 a 10 e a respetiva avalia\u00e7\u00e3o qualitativa, conforme Carta Circular n.\u00ba 3\/2007 do CCPFCP e que assenta no n.\u00ba 2 do artigo 46 do Estatuto da Carreira Docente do Decreto-Lei 15\/2007 de 19 de Janeiro.<\/p>\n<p>Os formandos avaliar\u00e3o a a\u00e7\u00e3o expressando essa avalia\u00e7\u00e3o nos seus relat\u00f3rios individuais e em fichas pr\u00f3prias distribu\u00eddas pelo Centro de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O(s) formador(es) far\u00e3o a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos formandos tendo em conta os seguintes par\u00e2metros: (1) Participa\u00e7\u00e3o nas sess\u00f5es e realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das tarefas nas sess\u00f5es (50%) e (2) trabalho de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos conte\u00fados atrav\u00e9s da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do relat\u00f3rio individual de
